We strive hard to make your experience at Boatswain’s Beach enjoyable and safe. Please help us by being reminded that:

#1All persons, bags, parcels and other items are subject to security checks at the point of admission to the Park and at such other locations inside the Park as we consider appropriate.

#2We reserve the right not to allow any bag, parcel or other item to be brought into the Park, and to deal with any unattended object in such way as we consider appropriate.

#3Please show common courtesy to fellow Park Guests and our Staff. Profanity or engaging in unsafe, illegal or offensive behavior is not allowed.

#4Proper swimming attire is required at Boatswain’s Lagoon and Breaker's Lagoon. Guests are also required to take a shower before swimming in the pools. Guests will be asked to purchase proper swimwear or will be asked to exit the pool area to ensure proper attire.

#5Smoking is only allowed at the Park's courtyard area and Schooner's Bar and Grill.

#6Please supervise your children at ALL times.

#7Please wear your wristbands at all times.

#8For your safety and to avoid injury, you must comply with all notices, and all directions and requests of any Staff member posted, given or made.

#9The following items may not be brought into the Park:
- Dangerous or hazardous materials.
- Outside food and beverage

#10The following activities are not allowed:
- The sale of goods or services or the display of goods or services for sale.
- The distribution of printed materials of any kind.
- Unauthorized events, demonstrations or speeches and other unauthorized public gatherings.
- Engaging in any act that may impede the operation of the Park or any associated facility.
